Refund Policy

Small patterns (up to 100 stitches wide and 30 colors) are free, including the printable PDF, so you can check the output quality before paying anything.

What you buy

The Full unlock is a one-time payment of $4.99 USD (taxes may apply at checkout). It is not a subscription and never renews. It unlocks patterns up to 300 stitches wide and 60 colors, PDFs without StitchFromPhoto branding, and the commercial license described on the pricing section.

14-day refund

If the unlock does not work for you or you are not happy with it, email chenlong@mail.grokbot.com within 14 days of purchase with the email address used at checkout (or your order ID). We will refund the full amount to your original payment method. No long explanations needed.

• Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days; your bank may take longer to show the credit.
• When a purchase is refunded, the license key is deactivated.
• After 14 days we review requests case by case, for example if a technical problem prevented you from using the unlock.

Charged twice or not received your key?

Email chenlong@mail.grokbot.com and we will fix it — duplicate charges are always refunded.
