StitchFromPhoto ("we", "us") runs the photo to cross stitch pattern converter at phototocrossstitchpattern.com. This policy explains what data is involved when you use the site.

Your photos stay on your device

The converter runs entirely in your web browser. Photos you choose are read locally, converted locally, and the PDF is generated locally. Your images are never uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see them.

What we collect

• Server logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data (IP address, browser user agent, requested page, time) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not combine this with other data to identify you.
• Aggregate usage counts. We may count anonymous events such as "PDF button clicked" to understand which features are used. These counts contain no personal information. If we add analytics, we use cookie-free, privacy-focused tools (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics).
• Purchases. If you buy the one-time unlock, payment is handled by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record. We receive your email address, order ID and purchase status so we can deliver and support your license key. We never see or store your full card details.
• Emails you send us. If you contact us, we keep the conversation to answer you.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you buy an unlock, your license key may be saved in your browser's local storage so you do not have to re-enter it. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is only shared with service providers needed to run the site (hosting, payment processing) or when required by law.

Retention

License and order records are kept as long as needed to provide your license and meet tax or accounting obligations. Support emails are deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you (for example your license record) by emailing chenlong@mail.grokbot.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
